Coaching is not advice or mentoring, it is a process that provides the space necessary for creative thought that inspires people to maximize their personal potential.  

Coaching is all about YOU!  You will set the focus of our conversations and you will explore new ways of doing things – while I listen, observe, ask questions and provide feedback and insights. In our initial session, we will work together to clarify your goals and you will identify concrete outcomes.
